Finance Manager ( Consumer Payments)
Current- Manage day to day payment operations that involve high volume oftransactions. Develop, implement, and maintain strong standardoperating procedures around our payment service offerings.- Build tools and reporting to track performance and costs.Projecting data and metrics to inform actions and decisions to CFOoffice .- Identify areas of risk, develop appropriate risk mitigationstrategies, and escalate project issues and risks to management asneeded.- Closely liaison with our Customer Service managers to findopportunities to improve customer experience.- Implementing POC for specific vendor evaluation & onboarding forspecific projects.- Assisting Chargeback team in analyzing specific critical cases .- Leading & developing business analyst and reporting engineers forprocess improvements.- Analyzing and working on subpoenas on behalf of the chargeback &risk management team.
