I’m a seasoned Fintech entrepreneur, leader and innovator with 25+ years’ experience. I’ve founded 10+ start-up businesses (telcos, electronic payments and fintech) and exited four, two of which reached 8-figure exits within 24 months.My genuine start up experience and firsthand knowledge of the challenges, opportunities and dynamics of early-stage ventures set me apart as an entrepreneur. In addition to successfully launching and exiting several startups, I’m also a strong champion of Australian tech innovation, witnessed by my Board appointment as a Non-Executive Director for Australia’s leading startup innovation hub: Stone & Chalk.In 2019 I was awarded Fintech Leader of the Year, while in 2021 and 2022 I was recognised as Entrepreneur of the Year for the Women in Finance awards.In 2020 I was one of the Top 20 Women in Digital Commerce by the Cardlinx Association and received the Lifetime Achievement Award, Distinguished Payments Profession from Women in Payments. I’m also an alumni of the inaugural Rise Up program at Money 20/20.As a highly experienced COO, I have managed legal negotiations, commercial agreements, business modelling, cashflow, HR and operational capability.
