Established in 2002, Full Spectrum Wellness is located in Bedford's flourishing commerce district. Our mission as a holistic health and learning center is to provide opportunities for personal/professional growth, health promotion and life balance through workplace wellness programs, holistic health services and onsite classes and workshops for mind, body and spirit. Specifically for the community, we provide life coaching, 1:1 meditation instruction and reiki services as well as workshops for healthy living and ongoing classes on mediation and mindfulness. Our worksite wellness programs focus on stress reduction, personal energy management and work/life balance.

Executive coaching provided to organizational leaders to fulfill their professional and personal missions. Sojourn Partners also offers organizational development services focused on helping leaders and teams improve their communication and performance along with Minding Your Business, a mindfulness based leadership development program that works to lessen stress while enhancing engagement, focus and confidence.
