As the Talent Acquisition Manager of Self Esteem Brands, now Purpose Brands, I work to provide our Corporate Positions with amazing talent that support our 5 Brands. Anytime Fitness, Base Camp Fitness, Waxing the City, Bar Method, and Stronger U. The roles vary and include but not limited to; Customer Experience, Compliance, Sales, Construction and Design, IT, Marketing, Franchise Support, Operations, and Finance. From individual contributors to VP level positions. The uniqueness in my role is that I work with Leaders in 5 brands, two additional companies that support those brands and various departments to fill their roles in a fast-paced environment where passion and purpose drive the business.

Remaining under the Self Esteem Brands umbrella, I moved to create a team of Franchise Business Consultants for The Bar Method. In the first 90 days, I visited 66 studios around the country, to learn the brand from the owners point of view, hired 2 Franchise Business Coaches and began implementing best practises. Covid hit. Once Covid hit, in addition to my Director role, I opened and ran a corporate studio which enabled me to learn the brand from the ground up. I was able to identify business opportunities for the Corporate team and owners in all aspects of the business from design, business practises, staffing, to member experience. In addition to running the studio, I took on the role I worked with new owners to assist in the opening of their studios in a virtual setting due to Covid. Created End-to-end process for New Store Openings as well as in studio best practices.

I started as a Franchise Business coach in 2006 and took over the Director role in 2014. When I took over the role there were 9 Franchise Business coaches. When I moved over the The Bar Method in 2019, we had grown to a team of 26 Franchise Business Coaches with 4 Senior Managers and myself. Hired, developed and managed this high performing coaching and field support team by providing strong and genuine support, including team building, individual development, and relationship building. Worked closely with the Franchise Advisory Council to gain feedback on corporate strategy to ensure we were serving the needs of the system. Oversaw and planned a support budget of 2 million dollars to meet financial goals. Collaborated with the team and various departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives. Guided the team through many changes and improved staff productivity and efficiency through training and coaching.

Co-Owned Eden Prairie Anytime Fitness for 3.5 years. Sold the business to focus on my full time career that I love with the corporate office of Anytime Fitness. Owning a club myself and going through the process from opening to close of sale has been a huge learning experience and made me a better coach in my current role for Anytime Fitness Corporate.

I oversaw Personal training, Group X and Pilates for the 10 Northwest Athletic clubs in the Minneapolis area. Successfully drove the Personal Training business to 4 million dollars per year to become the number one region within Wellbridge. Recognized by the National team for this effort. Held weekly meetings with Athletic directors and PT & Group Fitness managers.
