Debra is a Director in the Duff & Phelps Transaction Opinions practice at Kroll. Prior to joining the Transaction Opinions practice, Debra was a Director in Kroll's Expert Services practice, which provides consulting and expert testimony in complex litigation involving valuation and corporate finance matters including merger and acquisition disputes; shareholder disputes; bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency; intellectual property; and other commercial and economic damages. Debra is a credit-trained corporate finance professional with over fifteen years of experience at JPMorgan Chase prior to joining Duff & Phelps. She has extensive experience researching and analyzing businesses, industries and financial statements; financial modeling; and assessing risk for mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and general corporate purposes. Debra has performed valuations and financial analysis for litigation, arbitration and financial advisory purposes and has evaluated both public and private companies across several industry sectors.
