I was the only female and top producer for many years. Dan chose to retire in about 1996 and at that time he promoted me to President and Owner. I continue my previous duties as an agent and have assumed his responsibilities. This transition has been very beneficial for us but most importantly our clients. My succession planning experience made this transition a true example of my work.
