As a Service Delivery Manager, I oversaw a team of specialists who were responsible for facilitating all facets of service delivery for the Adecco Solutions managed service provider (MSP) client portfolio. My team was directly responsible for managing transactions for high-profile global accounts totaling $1B+ in managed spend. In this role, I successfully managed the team to meet the needs of new clients including hiring, client reassignment and training facilitation and ensured all SLAs were met consistently. I also completed leadership training while taking part in the invite only Manager’s Learning Club.

During my time as Client Engagement Manager I served as the primary point of contact for our national client portfolio providing customer service, order placement oversight and fulfillment management. Additionally, I was responsible for providing leadership and supervision to team of project recruiters. I facilitated group meetings to identify productivity opportunities and define solutions and developed processes to implement these solutions.

In this role, I served as an Analyst for a company wide back office consolidation surrounding time and pay activities. I played an integral part in largest payroll centralization in Adecco's history – migrating all field payroll operations across the country into a centralized payroll facility in Rochester, NY. I analyzed current payroll processing functions in all field offices and payroll hubs, documented improvement opportunities for discussion with broader project teams and assigned activity plans to ensure pre go-live activities were complete. Post-implementation, I held weekly training calls with field staff and all levels of management and provided post transition support to ensure the transition was successful and adherence to modified processes was maintained.

This was my first role in recruiting - though having played Yente in Fiddler and Dolly Levi in Hello, Dolly, I was born to be a matchmaker. As a staffing specialist, I recruited for general clerical, light industrial, financial and legal positions on Long Island. I managed all processes that come along with that including completion of state and federal documentation, reference checks, pre-employment screens as required and post-employment counseling. Additionally, I negotiated contracts for new accounts and facilitated the execution of Terms & Conditions. After a short period of time, I was called on to assist in training internal new hires within the region.

In addition to managing the children's department and "front of store" of this Borders location, I supervised the staff and was responsible for the store's cash reconciliation, employee relations, new hire administration, payroll, benefits administration, and supply/inventory management.
