Managed the Australia and New Zealand call centre and sales operations centre with up to 3 direct reports and 18 indirect reports, handling approximately 3,000 calls per month. Ensured accurate and timely processing of sales orders, credit requests, and customer complaints, averaging 8,000 orders per month. Achievements:- Implemented process improvements, resulting in a 30% reduction in manual order processing. Successfully implemented electronic data interchange (EDI) for streamlined automated order processing.- Introduced Lean methodologies for cultural change within the order processing department, fostering a solution-focused team.
