• Project Manager for front end engineering and design (FEED) for a compressed natural gas (CNG) project to transport 25 MMcfd of natural gas from Florida to Grand Bahama.
• Scope of project included compression facility in Florida, vessel shipping transport logistics, decompression facility in Grand Bahama, pipeline and engine conversions to natural gas.
• Collaborated on the US Department of Energy gas export application; authorization was received in 2015.

• Responsible for the management of all operational aspects of the 183MW circulating fluidized bed boiler and balance of plant including operating and capital budgets.
• While managing the plant, the safety record for 70 regular employees and >30 term employees during annual maintenance outages exceeded 2800 days without a Lost Time incident.
• Effective completion of annual maintenance outages including replacement of L-0 turbine blades, generator major, and routine maintenance.
• Led the plant through the successful implementation of the continuous improvement program in the maintenance department.
