My personal mission statement is “Help Others Succeed.” I love to solve problems, and I am humbled by my reputation as a big picture thinker who can actually get results. I'm always looking to learn and collaborate with people who have diverse experiences and points of view. I work with organizations in the public and private sector to help them solve business problems as it relates to personal and leadership development and organizational culture.
