- Work closely with the Manager to analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs.- Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: Internal database, market and Internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, and online social networking.- Determine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and region.- Handling the complete end-to-end Full Life-Cycle Recruiting including the scheduling of interviews, quality assurance of candidate resumes and acting as an active coordinator between the client and the candidate- Building a pipeline of candidates for skills that the clients recruits for frequently. For example- Java, .Net, DBA etc.- Handling all levels of Recruitment- Junior Level, Middle Level and Senior Level Positions for the entire vertical.

Outbound Flow Processing Guide (CLT2)- Organized and strategized with Process Assistants and Area Managers about weekly goals and plans to execute the number of jobs on shift.- Responsible for 30+ destinations and 7+ jam clearers on a shift to execute and ensure the quality of customer’s products and packages being shipped off on trucks and pallets.

Outbound Learning Ambassador (CLT2)- Trained 40+ new hires on a weekly basis on the proper protocols and safety procedures at Amazon.- Being the leaders of the department with the knowledge and skills to keep all the associates informed about Outbound.

Outbound Department (CLT2)

- The voice of the Filipino American Student Union for the Executive Board of 2019-2020 - Responsible for keeping all members of the organization up to date on upcoming events and updates that involved all of the other Filipino clubs in our district, but mainly UNCC

- Responsible for keeping all 20+ members up to date on upcoming events, meetings, and programs through the club's social media accounts- Organized and designed workshops and events bi-weekly alongside the President

- Planned, organized, and executed biweekly meetings and workshops alongside president and vice president of club- Planned and evaluated emails, posts, and flyers that go out to the department and on the club’s social media account- Wrote down important details from each meeting and sent them to the other board members to keep them informed

- Solved problems for faculty, staff, and students over the intercom, phone, or in-person- Worked in pairs building and breaking down podiums, managing tickets through Cherwell, and managing the learning space technology for the University

- Shadowed a Public Relations and Media Consultant through weekly meetings to ensure proper messages are being executed- Responsible for writing pieces and planning strategies for social media projects and events for certain clients
