As Senior Director, Debra is responsible for major corporate account management. Overseeing significant and diverse portfolios, Debra manages efficient, high performing teams through complex, high-profile projects. Her portfolio includes leading Amazon's Seattle headquarters post occupancy project management services. She is a “hands on” leader and collaborator, motivating and leading project teams that manage all aspects of corporate portfolios and projects, from real estate planning, design, construction, project management and close-out through operationalization. Debra is client-focused, orienting projects and team members for success by building cohesive teams and fostering collaboration. Mentoring, inspiring, and managing the development and implementation of LEAN principles, new processes, innovative procedures and Kaizen initiatives, Debra empowers teams to provide Best-In-Class services that result in superior customer experiences for the client.

Debra Streff is a seasoned corporate real estate executive, having spent the last 24 years in various leadership positions.In her expansive role as the Sub Division Head, Debra was charged with providing key Corporate Solutions to the organization, overseeing the Administrative Services functions of Real Estate, WorkPlace Strategy, Facility Operations, Construction, Security, Mail Services, Shipping & Receiving, Food Services, Wireless Operations, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.Debra was also accountable for the Vehicle Administration business unit, managing all aspects of almost 4,000 fleet vehicles. She ensured the vehicles were in compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures. Many of these vehicles are deployed to key Marketing events; such as National Football League games, including the Super Bowl (Hyundai is the official sponsor of the NFL); PGA events, which includes the Genesis Open at Riviera Country Club and the Hyundai Tournament of Champions at Kapalua on Maui. Debra also oversaw Wireless Operations, which included the management of all wireless devices nationwide. Debra, who worked closely with the Executive Team, was appointed to head the Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery strategies for the organization.At Hyundai Motor America (HMA) she was responsible for the real estate portfolio nationwide, ensuring facilities met corporate objectives. Debra was instrumental in leading a $25M Sale Lease Back transaction for a distributions center, as well as an 18,000sf acquisition for a regional office in Chicago. Debra's leadership and direction in the interiors buildout set the new regional standard for the portfolio.While at HMA, Debra implemented a number of creative and innovative strategies and processes within Administrative Services. These strategies have contributed to efficiency and productivity in the work place, also further enhancing HMA’s efforts towards sustainability.

As Senior Vice President, Debra was responsible for providing Corporate Real Estate Solutions, exclusively for tenants. Debra’s unique corporate experience enables her to successfully align each clients real estate strategies with its business objectives. This allows her to provide the highest level of service and expertise in executing strategic, timely and cost-effective real estate solutions. Debra also assisted in the project management of the creative interiors build out of Real Tech’s current office building, which achieved USGBC, LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) Platinum recognition.

As Vice President on the Market Corporate Solutions team, Debra was responsible for Corporate Real Estate Strategies and Solutions for clients such as Toyota Motor Sales, USA and East West Bank. Debra's expertise for over a decade as a user and Corporate Real Estate Executive allows her the ability to provide strategic oversight management of large Corporate Real Estate portfolios. Debra also supported the account management of key corporate accounts such as Raytheon and Mattel Corporation.

As a Managing Director for Kennedy Wilson’s Fund Management Group, she was responsible for Asset Management of the portfolios premier property (including 12-story high-rise office tower in the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle, situated at Wilshire Blvd & Roxbury).Debra was also accountable for Portfolio Management of the Fund’s operations and construction activities (including $32M acquisition of 2 suburban office buildings in Oakland, California). Additionally, Debra was the lead investor relations and direct marketing team member.

Responsible for Real Estate Acquisition, Disposition, Leasing and Property Management/Facilities Operations for Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc.’s Corporate Real Estate Portfolio. The portfolio consisted of over 10 million square feet across the country and had a Net Book Value of $1.7 Billion dollars. Debra was instrumental in developing Toyota’s “green leasing” guidelines. These were successfully deployed in Toyota’s Public Affairs Office in Washington, D.C., which received a prestigious LEED CI (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - Commercial Interiors) Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Counsel.One of Debra’s key roles was to manage real estate portfolio performance while innovating new strategic Real Estate models for the future. This involves a delicate balancing act that demands a new level of leadership prowess on her part and that of her teams. Faced with business discontinuities, global economics and organizational change, she must develop relationships, anticipate change and implement real estate strategies that minimize risk, while managing business needs when the business environment radically changes.
