Horn Group was acquired by Finn Partners in 2015. I continued to lead strategy for West Coast clients, and international growth. As partner at Horn Group, I was responsible for client service and operations on the West Coast;and managing the agency’s international business.

Responsible for the agency’s Western region. Built and led a world class team and agency’s reputation; attracting top talent and clients including Amazon, Isilon, Plantronics, United Nations MDG, AMD, Shopzilla, Spansion and StubHub. Given expanded responsibility to lead the agency’s global market and business development; met and exceeded revenue targets, client acquisitions and client satisfaction targets.

Head of BayArea: Oversaw client service, operations, business development and profitability of San Francisco and San Jose offices. Also responsible for client service/satisfaction for key accounts including Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, BioRad, NexTag.com, Peets Coffee

Following successful leadership of Asia operations, transferred to US to lead agency’s largest client – Hewlett Packard. Transformed account service and results; integrated disparate product campaigns into cohesive brand and category campaign that re-positioned Hewlett-Packard from a printer company into a consumer and digital imaging brand. Full P&L responsibility. Lead for key BayArea accounts including McAfee, Plantronics and QUALCOMM; and head of business development

Established the Agency’s Asia Pacific business. Built network of agency partners in Australia, China, HK, India, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Identified and lead key acquisition targets. Exceeded all financial performance targets. Full P&L responsibility. Led campaigns for McAfee, HP Business Imaging, Sterling Software

Directed IBM EMEA PR campaigns (S390, RS/6000, AS/400, Software & Services) and led PR arm of integrated marketing initiatives behind IBM’s ‘e-business’ brand strategy. Directed international PR program for NASDAQ (non-US markets).
