Responsibilities include budget management, procurement sourcing, contractor and vendor management, purchase order management, supplies and software planning, facility management, catering, meeting organizer, department moves and changes, equipment repair and upgrades, SharePoint development, travel coordination, and general administration duties in support of the business. Serve as a mentor to the floor support staff and supplying training where needed.

I started as a contractor doing project coordinating activities and branched out into the network engineering group where I managed project plans and budgets for leads. After about 8 months they hired me as a vendor manager which I have many years of experience in. I managed the communication vendors and the associated contracts.

Promoted from Procurement Specialist into the role of Procurement manager for the North America Laser Printer operations group. Offices were located in California, Virginia and Mexico. I managed a team of 38 buyers/contractors working out of these three locations. Responsibilities included management of direct purchases, third party management and internal ordering operations.
