• Ensure compliance of the NSW Government Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 administered by the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing NSW• Develop new concepts and strategies for fundraising• Provide presentations to potential corporate and community donor groups• Direct and assist Fundraising Groups with community events• Manage Children’s Hospital fundraising Auxiliary and volunteer groups • Manage Administration staff• Assist with recruitment and orientation of Children's Hospital volunteers• Source donations to assist with fundraising activities • Provide donor recognition in the form of group tours, formal presentations and/or media launches of new equipment or services• Maintain database and compile management reports• Process banking and donor acknowledgement• Manage Departmental wishlist register, match donations to appropriate wishlish items• Actively seek donations for urgent wishlist equipment or services• Review and report on Fundraising Special Purpose and Trust accounts• Respond to media enquiries and co-ordinate medical experts for media interviews

• Provide management support to Franchised Retail Motor Dealership Network of 16 Sites.• Ensure compliance of franchise agreements and sales objectives are met in all departments including sales, service, parts and customer service.• Ensure franchisees exceed operating objectives includingSales Targets; Brand Market Share; Area Market Share; Customer Satisfaction; Current Stock Holding; Stock Turns and Retail Profit.• Manage budgets to approx $0.5 Million for Local Advertising & Promotion.• Analyse training requirements, facilitate & conduct sales and product training to dealership staff.• Forward stock planning and ordering. Ensure compliance to prescribed stock levels and allocate stock vehicles, demonstrator vehicles by negotiating with dealers and head office to maximise sales for both Mazda Corporation and individual retail sites.• Co-ordinate marketing opportunities and events including Motor Shows, ensuring events stay within allocated budget• Audit of Mazda demonstration fleets including stock levels and conditions• Monitor appropriate use and standards of Mazda advertising and promotional material within dealership
