This included launching and innovating new product concepts, improving existing products, and researching technology on the market that may already satisfy the improvement of an operational or project deficiency.

ONSITE3 was a leading provider of electronic evidence solutions for law firms and corporations. My responsibility as Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) was to bring unity, transparency, and create a shared vision across the business regarding technology and operational initiatives. The CIO position owns the product strategy, development initiatives and operational priorities across departments in an effort to enhance our client’s experience. As Vice President, ASP Services, I led the strategic direction of the online document review services into a profitable service that generated $5 million in revenue in the first year alone. This included creating the brand identity along with managing financials, controlling cost overhead, developing budgets and forecasting, department policy and procedures, support center requirements, pricing, staffing, and generating corporate collateral for sales generation.After the development of the department, I then took responsibility for the conception and development of eView™, a proprietary hosted review application which included the management of timelines, specification documents, product roadmaps, think-tanks, client advisory boards, budgets, marketing initiatives, product branding, sales collateral, and training documentation. eView™ was launched within 1 year.As Director, Imaging, I managed back-end litigation support technology and data manipulation practices. Automated delivery practices and rigorously controlled quality control procedures as it related to imaging and production delivery of case supported requirements.

Miller & Chevalier is a Washington, D.C. law firm with leading practices in tax; employee benefits, including ERISA; international law; complex litigation; and government affairs.During my time at Miller & Chevalier, I introduced litigation support technology to the firm, educated the attorneys and consulted on best use of technology on litigation cases, managed all image and electronic discovery databases, and negotiated outside vendor partner support.Established an in-house scanning center that brought additional revenue into the firm. This consisted of adopting and installing new technology, policies and procedure creation, billing practices, hired staff, etc.Consulted and designed a trial preparation and presentation system for the firm’s first use of technology in the courtroom. This was a resounding success that led to Miller & Chevalier winning the case.
