CurrentDevelop campaigns for fundraising and communications company supporting world-class social change organizations by working with clients, Account Director, creative and art departments, and production partners to identify the best value for clients and produce an excellent product on time and on budget. Create and maintain all production schedules, Asana tasks, and lead production meetings – both internal and client-facing. Ensure that each final package meets the client’s expectations and is executed properly. Manage the billing process to ensure accurate cost estimates, clear project reconciliation and timely billing.Key Accomplishments-Onboarded challenging client, seeing them through both an agency and database transfer. The program more than doubled their Giving Tuesday donations, and brought in almost double the year end budget in 2023.-Brought on to client team of well-known national organization with a $50 million program to ease difficult relationship. Got projects back on schedule and reduced errors, allowing everyone to focus on strategizing and testing, as well as creating more intricate designs and packages.-Initiated meetings between account team, client and graphic designer for more complex/art heavy pieces, giving the client insight into the designer's choices and facilitating a more collaborative/brainstorming environment.
