Debra sits on the National Health & Fitness Advisory Board (IHRSA) to help steer the fitness industry. She speaks frequently at key conferences and summits on various topics including wellness industry trends, client experience, team culture, entrepreneurship, franchising and partnerships. She particularly loves moderating panels - and is always eager to suggest topics and bring great speakers from her network!Outside of her passion for her career, Debra enjoys keeping up with her extremely active kids who especially love ocean adventures! Previously, she contributed 5 groundbreaking years at NYC’s Official Tourism Arm - one of her most fulfilling career experiences, working for NYC, arguably one of the best brands in the world developing $1M+ in sustainable annual revenue. Prior to that, she worked in digital media for a publishing giant launching their first paid subscription model.
