She brings 22 years experience in agribusiness and 8 years in manufacturing and construction and more recently in natural resource sector, and carbon farming.In an executive leadership capacity Debra has created, lead and delivered greenfield entities; M&A's, capital raisings; identified and delivered extensive restructuring, and delivered in excess of $1bn in diversified strategies.Debra holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a Fellow of the AICD.
