The Edinburg Center provides an array of innovative services which promote personal growth and independence, foster hope and enhance the quality of life of people with mental health conditions, co-occurring substance use conditions and/or developmental disabilities or brain injuries.

Food For Free improves access to healthy food within our community by rescuing food that would otherwise go to waste and creating new distribution channels to under-served populations with an emphasis on utilizing school systems to reach those in need.

Lexington Christian Academy runs a Day and Boarding school, an English Language Immersion program, and LCAx which includes Meadow Breeze Day Camp and several other complementary programs.As CFO I was responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and legal. I worked closely with the Head of School in strategic plan execution and scenario planning, and support department directors in budgeting and planning. I streamlined HR, Payroll, and Accounting with new integrated systems.As COO I was responsible for facilities, auxiliary programs, and non-academic operations on both campuses.

At the onset of COVID-19, I teamed up with IDF to provide consulting support for several Boston-based IDF grantees. Projects included financial modeling, strategic planning, and leadership coaching. I also developed a financial model for the foundation to support their long-range planning.

Catie's Closet improves school attendance by providing clothing and toiletries to children in need, right within their schools. As the Boston Program Director, I spearheaded expansion into Boston Public Schools, expanding their presence from 6 schools to 21 schools in one year.

IDF is a grant-making charitable foundation working with over 100 grantee partners to co-create a more just and more free world in which all human beings can thrive and flourish together. As the founding Executive Director, I worked with the founders to build the organization from inception. I oversaw the staff, programs, strategy, finance and operations.In 2017 our team awarded $7 million in grants in Boston and internationally supporting holistic work with a gender lens. I directly managed the international grantee portfolio, which included: site visits, monitoring and evaluation, relationship management, impact assessment, grants management. Focus areas included educational equity, community driven development, combatting gender based violence and human trafficking, economic empowerment.
