EXECUTIVE SUMMARYMs. Windle's work is focused on human-to-human open source information curation and sharing as well as machine-to-machine threat intelligence sharing. She is currently under contract to serve in multiple Directorship roles and works remotely from her office in West Lafayette, IN.FULL DESCRIPTIONMs. Windle has a long history in Communications, Incident Response, Information Sharing, and Homeland Security. In her home state of Indiana she managed communications at the government municipal level, served as Community Emergency Response Team Coordinator at the county level, and administered the Automated Critical Asset Management System (ACAMS) at the Indiana State Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Windle also has extensive work in the private sector in marketing and communications. She is a graduate of Purdue University, received her Master’s in Homeland Security from Texas A&M, and has secured numerous certifications through the DHS/FEMA Emergency Management Institute. She is currently working on (ISC)2 Cybersecurity Certification. At present, Ms. Windle serves as Director, Intelligence & Information Sharing for the National Credit Union ISAO where she conducts open source threat and fraud intelligence. Formerly, Ms. Windle served as Director of Community Engagement at the national and international level for the Industrial Control System Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ICS-ISAC) as well as Knowledge Sharing Director at Webster University's Cyberspace Research Institute. Additionally, she served as Director Threat Intelligence + Information Sharing at the International Association of Certified ISAOs (IACI), a global organization formed for the protection, detection, response, and recovery from cyber incidents both in the United States and across the world, alongside serving as Director of Information Sharing for the Maritime & Port Security Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (MPS-ISAO), the preeminent Information Sharing & Analysis Center (ISAC) for The Global Maritime Critical Infrastructure since 2016.
