Led the strategy, requirements definition, IA/UX definition, UI design direction, style guide definitions and usability testing for the transition of the Harley-Davidson dealer extranet and its permissions-based user administration tool to a WebSphere portal platform. Conducted field studies and focus groups to revamp the site’s information architecture to provide a better tool for the site’s users. Wrote the governance model for content authors and publishers, as well as guidelines and procedures for continuing to build the site out with content, tools and functionality.
