Sourced, hired, and trained a team of 550 employees with 40 managers including HR and Store Support functions. As the General Manager of a significant store in Hong Kong, I inspired teams to deliver experiences that build customer loyalty and guided the development of the management talent. Because each location operates sales, training, technical support, and business-focused segments, the job was complex and challenging. I led my staff to maintain peak performance, often working side by side with them. As each store experienced vigorous growth and constant change, I continually refocused my teams on providing a quality experience for each customer. I analyzed key metrics, including customer and employee feedback. Bridging the worlds of retail and corporate, I also combine executive vision with field execution to contribute to the future success of Apple.
