Since May'24- Leading the biggest TT business in India- ZM UP for Reckitt. I lead a team of 6 ASMs and 42 CEMay'22 - Apr '24: In charge of all Reckitt Business in the states of Rajasthan and Gujarat, worked as ZM. My team set the benchmark in the country on Efficiency parameters, process adherence, Ff Obsession and Execution Excellence. Was awarded for the best ASM in the region in 2017 and lauded nationally for developing a blueprint in best practices related to program outlets development , training program and continuous capability development of field force.Till May 2017, worked as Key Accounts Manager entrusted with handling Modern Trade and Ecomm for entire East. Wholly responsible for strategy for regional Modern Trade chains and jointly responsible for national modern trade accounts. Was the winner of the Annual Sales Competition and recognized as the BEST MT ASM in the year 2016Previously worked as a GT ASM responsible for Odisha and Jharkhand.Proven track record of number delivery and achievements orientation.
