I have worked in the Photography industry for over 13 years and before this, I obtained my Diploma in Photography and Digital Imaging. I have worked for a high-end studio, modelling agencies, for myself and in every facet of the photography business in this time.I am a very loyal team player who shows up ready to go, learn and achieve the best each day. In my time in the industry, I have worked for the same studio for 12 years. I have now moved away from Sydney so I have had to leave my work family but it was an amazing 12 years and I still go to the Christmas parties! In my time there I started as a production assistant, this included retouching hi-end wedding and portrait images, downloading, editing, ordering prints and checking colour correction. Also general ad hoc around the production office. I quickly moved up to Production/Studio manager and then to Studio/Marking manager and my last position was Portraits manager. In this time I achieved many personal and business goals and learned so much. I am constantly teaching myself in this ever-changing industry and I love to challenge myself.I am a pro at Lightroom & and Photoshop and also have great knowledge of Indesign and other Adobe programs. As well as using Microsoft and Proselect.In my 12 years at the studio and in various positions I was able to obtain and master skills in every area of the studio's business. I am a hard worker, I am not shy of the little jobs of emptying bins to the massive ones of moving through an ever-changing industry to stay ahead and flourish. I love people and have the skill to communicate and make anyone feel at ease as well as getting the job done at the same time. I am highly organised and know I can produce work that you will be proud to showcase and will keep your studio in tip-top shape.I am currently available to work any day and hours that are required. I live in the top of the Gold Coast but I am more than happy to travel if needed. In saying this I have a great set-up at home if remote work is needed. I am organised, driven and energetic and take the utmost pride in my work. I can give direction, take direction and love to educate and learn each day to make my job more efficient. I am so passionate about growing and evolving all the time but also growing and evolving and within a company and seeing my team flourish.There is lots more I could tell you about however I would love to do this in person.
