I am a marketing professional who has the unique skills and perspective that comes from experience working in the design side of architecture. Formerly a senior interior designer, I participated in proposal production and project interviews, worked directly with clients on design projects, and actively collaborated with studio principals and design and support staff, as well as with general contractors and a variety of subcontractors.In the last five years I have managed and delivered high quality proposals on time, routinely editing technical language so that it is understandable to a general audience - without changing its meaning. I understand the issues that face clients and design firms, and help bring winning proposals together that meet both the internal and external clients' needs. I am a loyal, collaborative team player, who enjoys meeting challenges with creativity and hard work. Additionally, I am a published poet, writer, and artist, with a keen interest in the natural and built environment.
