Vice President, Strategic Accounts + Global Events
Current- Account management for fast growing client accounts in the tech industry- Directly manage logistics on complex events [user conferences, sales kickoffs, etc.] from 500 to 25,000- Manage projects from program inception to onsite management through program reconciliation - Model and manage event budgets ranging in scale from $5M - $60M - Outline and implement event timelines from contract negotiation to post-conference wrap-up- Perform site sourcing and negotiate hotel and site contracts, both domestic and international- Consult and implement program transitions from in-person, to hybrid or fully virtual event- Manage team of producers in fast-paced, deadline driven environment - Outline and implement strategic company goals and staff development plan
