I'm currently the Director of Communications for the Breathe Project where I support strategic campaigns to raise awareness of environmental health harms inflicted on environmental justice communities from gas and petrochemical buildout and the coal and coke industry in SWPA. I also work with national, international and local media to build on this messaging.I am an award-winning journalist with have more than 30 years of experience as a reporter, editor and freelance journalist working in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and San Diego, California. I was the founding associate editor of NEXTpittsburgh and a regular contributor to Pittsburgh Magazine and Crain’s Pittsburgh.
