August 2001 – May 2009 (7 years 10 months) Accountable for production, management, and direction of architectural projects in the Specialty Retail Studio. Part of AutoCAD production team in the Housing Studio. Responsibilities included code research and application, initial layout of drawings and sheets,coordination with consultants and vendors, drawings and detailing, providing quality control for drawing sets, mentoring junior staff, and keeping clients informed of project status and issues.Key Accomplishments:*Completed more than 150 specialty retail tenant improvements for nationally known brands in shopping malls, lifestyle centers, and high profile locations throughout the United States serving the apparel, accessory and cosmetics markets. *Developed and/or maintained master details for six clients. Created and maintained in-house tools, such as Standard Operating Procedures and drawing review checklists, for keeping a high level of quality control with each client.Key Accomplishments:1. Completed more than 150 specialty retail tenant improvements, including 60 stores in conjunction with an architectural firm in India, for nationally known brands in shopping malls, lifestyle centers, and high profile locations throughout the United States serving the apparel, accessory and make-up markets.2. Created permit documents for 3 buildings for Santana Row, adding more than 100 units of multi-family housing in San Jose.3. Developed and/or maintained master details for several clients. Created and maintained in-house tools, such as Standard Operating Procedures and drawing review checklists, for keeping a high level of quality control with each client.

Team member on a variety of project types. Finished products include documents in MicroStation and Photoshop as well as physical models.Key Accomplishments:*Part of local architectural team for the 25.7 million dollar Contemporary Arts Center, an internationally published museum designed by Zaha Hadid. The museum adds 6 stories and82,265 square feet of museum space to downtown Cincinnati.3. Assembled finish and fixture binders per government standards for judicial projects.
