Responsible for consistent delivery of First West's relationship strategy through a high level of personalized service and expert financial advice to personal and business members. Work is achieved through collaboration and leadership and the use of expert communication skills.

The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering strategically-aligned learning and development programs to support employees’ professional and personal growth in the area of Leadership & Coaching, Relationship Strategy and Sales. Work is achieved through collaboration with subject-matter experts in multiple disciplines and incorporating adult learning theory and design.

Board members are asked periodically to share their thoughts about various workforce productivity issues. The information gathered is used as the basis for bi-monthly articles in Chief Learning Officer magazine, authored by leading expert analysts.

My role at Focus was challenging and multi faceted. We developed a suite of programs in each of 3 learning focus', People, Customer & Business. It was an exciting role in a company that saw the potential of developing their people from withing to support recruiting and retention strategies, succession and business growth.
