By 2022, FSI was acquired by Argent Financial Group and the union has brought significant changes to my role at FSI, now managing the Administration of FSI and liasing with Argent to bring the new services we offer to a new level. Managed and supervised the accounting and claims departments for the Auto Insurance division of this Insurance Underwriting Company. I was responsible for processing and reconciliation of all applications for 5 separate insurance companies and worked with over 500 agencies in the State of Florida. I also processed all claims for 4 of the 5 companies and managed a staff 25 people. During this time, I also took on event management contract work for Ashley Events.
