My most recent work experience is as Practice Manager / Owner in General Practice & GP Accreditation Co-Surveyor. In the future I am wanting to further develop my skills in the areas of Quality Improvement, Quality Audits, Policy & Procedure Development, Consumer Engagement, and Risk Management. Personally, I have a lived experience of disability as a carer - my son, Charlie, has Spina Bifida, Hydracephlas, Seizures, Intellectual disability and uses a wheelchair for mobility. Quality Improvement, Policy and Procedure Development, and Risk Management are my areas of current development.
