 Delphi Steering Divestiture project. Managed an extended team (US and Mexico) whose responsibilities were to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy Delphi’s HR applications to a new company. The client highlighted this project team in a Delphi newsletter recognizing a job well done. Maximum team size = 10.  Program Management of Offshore Migrations. Worked with the client account executives, nine offshore centers and the Enterprise Migration Office (EMO) to ensure the success of offshore migrations for clients belonging to a variety of industries. Maximum team size = 24. Delphi Migration Manager. Successfully implemented Delphi’s transition strategy which was to move to a new global application operating model spanning several company divisions and geographies. Individual accomplishment.  Daimler-Chrysler Server Refresh Project. Managed the overall build process (replace, sundown or lease extend) successfully from beginning to end. Maximum team size = 12.  Miscellaneous projects. Managed, gathered requirements, designed, developed, tested, maintained and deployed miscellaneous mainframe and client server applications for EDS Internal and Delphi. Maximum team size = 10.

 Interfaced with Mortgage Loans, Commercial Loans and Land Contract departments to gather requirements, develop, test and deploy new features as well as implement changes to existing loan programs.  Successfully converted Mortgage loans from an AS400 platform application to an IBM mainframe system (FSS-Florida Software Systems). Consolidated additional banks onto the Mortgage Loan system as mergers occurred. Provided backup for Commercial Loans and Land Contracts.
