Responsible for ensuring the sales territory achieves sales and profit targets by the development / management of relationships with customers, dealers and intermediaries to develop opportunities, initiatives and competitor knowledge . Grow business profitably through effective account management of customers and intermediaries Contribute and implement the contact strategy for LVP. Building brand recognition with customers, dealers and intermediaries, the creation, assessment and delivery of marketing initiatives; and the launch and support of product innovationAchievement of Academy Levels 2 & 3 resulting in me revamping the tests for the LVP customer service execs, sales execs and account managers.Prior to the Account Manager Role I started as quoteline support to 110 Lombard North Central Branches and their dealer network, producing over 1,000 quotes a month. Then went on to be involved in a number of projects that would help to drive the business forward such as the development of; internal quotation systems, customer & new business lead databases involving holding and attending workshops, mapping business & systems processes, training internal staff and existing/new partners. During the company expansion in 1994/5 I was responsible for recruitment and training of internal staff and I set up the Key Accounts team which I was part of. This involved providing a one stop shop for customers, dealers and intermediaries regarding customer service, renewals, contracts & credit control.
