The General Manager is tasked with shaping and developing this lucrative revenue channel to deliver against fiscal, operational, and service targets.● Led a team of 30+ sales professionals for this multi-million dollar channel● Rebuilt the 7-Eleven business plan and customer value proposition ● Identified a number of quick wins, returning a 10% PY growth for Q1 2022● Set clear KPIs, goals, and objectives to ensure each segment achieves targets● Managed product retail goals for i.e. NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA ● Chaired meetings with all key stakeholders ● Rebuilt the sales collateral and marketing kits with more compelling messages● Aanalysed state-by-state business risk and opportunity.● Rolled out a new category deck insights platform to better leverage data analytics● Reworked the sales process and set a new remuneration incentive plan
