• Part of Intermediary Services Group that worked in the Advisor, Broker Dealer and Retirement channels, marketing and selling our affiliated companies funds (i.e. Loomis Sayles, Oakmark). • Responsible for redesign, maintenance and content updates to the Advisor Website. • Database administrator for the Sales CRM, SalesLogix. • Handled all sales reporting and platform feed integration with database. • Assisted IT with desktop and phone system support for group. • Focused on third party liability recovery on behalf of state agencies (such as MA, TX, OH, WV, TN). • Negotiated settlements on accident cases (auto, workers comp, general liability), recovering money for state Medicaid agencies where another third party insurer was liable to pay before the state.• Worked on RFPs for mandates in new states and built process documentation and created infrastructure on newly won projects.
