Management of transport processes in the DPSP group, with the deployment of the Control Tower, ensuring the supply flow of over 1200 clients, served by five Distribution Centers, scattered all over Brazil;Acting in corporate management of the transport team, composed of approximately 400 people, allocated in our Distribution Centers in SP, RJ, MG, BA and PE. Responsible for the availability of more than 220 vehicles from own fleet, with focus on the upkeep and fuel consumption, budget control, standardization of KPI's and governance of the area;Routing and demand optimization, considering the variables of cost, OTIF and ability of processing on our Distribution Centers;Development of Projects for distribution, aiming at a lower cost and a better level of services, with our own fleet and also with outsourced service, ensuring higher results in logistics optimization;Implementation of the monitoring area and delivery confirmation, with a focus on checking the truck driver and deliveries status, generating real-time information for our clients, increasing productivity and searching for resources optimization. Working with the selection of tracking technologies and on the design of the system flows, to provide a real-time control of the service level and generating information for decision making;Preparation of the 2017 budget and deployment of the standard management model with the team.Responsible for monitoring the budget of the transportation package at DPSP Group, performing immersion of the board of directors in the search for cost reduction solutions;Elaboration of the fleet study (sale and renewal).

Management of four different logistics areas: Routing plan, Reverse Logistics, development of transport partners and Project of transportation network.Routing area: team management, formed by a coordinator and seven analysts. Responsible for the dynamic distribution in the national territory. By using a routing software, RoadNet, we guaranteed the best model of distribution. Focus on the lowest cost of multimodal distribution and fulfilment of our customers’ OTIF;Reverse logistics team: formed by a supervisor and three analysts, responsible for the implementation of the reverse flow of materials, assets and products, at the national level. Focus on return freight optimization and in synergy with other operations, always seeking the lowest costs and the best level of service. Team responsible for the design, implementation and training of the internal management system;Development of transport partners: formed by a coordinator and two analysts, responsible to guarantee the best level of services and lowest costs with transportation partners in the national distribution;Project area, formed by a coordinator and two analysts, responsible for the network design simulations of new clients, mapping the flows, synergy and operation margin; Also acting in supporting the Board on strategic decisions, with the preparation of integrated studies among the operational areas, Customer Services and IT; Reach of the best margins in the company's history in 2015 (35.9%);Realization of the OTIF target agreed every month 2015 (97%).

Coordination of a team of 5 analysts, working with a focus on developing suppliers for the national network.Responsible for ensuring the availability of distribution suppliers in the following areas: Animal Health, Human Health, Consumer, Technology and Automotive, from the 20 different branches of the company.Use of 100% outsourced transportation, with one careful process of approval of suppliers;-Development of BID's to know the potential suppliers;-Implementation of contracts with liens and bonuses in relation to the supplier’s level of service.

Coordination of a team of six Logistics Analysts in the Routing area, being responsible for the distribution around the national territory, controlling the management of goals and results;Responsible to balance the level of service and low costs, through the design of projects on fleet dimensioning, service models, alignment with regional sales (scheduling) and the implementation of new distribution alternatives.
