- Define, develop and implement IT strategy and IT governance for Belgium en Ireland.- Build and maintain strategic relationships with members of the Belgium and Irish management teams in order to implement adequate IT-projects and IT-services which add value to the business.- Act as a liaison between information services teams and business partners.- Communicate business needs with appropriate IT solution centers to gain alignment between business needs(demand) to IT capabilities (supply).- Lead the development of business cases (costs/benefits/risks) requiring IT solutions.- Build IT roadmap (IT project portfolio for the coming years)- Define, prioritize and manage program and project initiatives- Manage IT services with the support from a set of external partner (outsource services (payroll, CRM...)) and/or onsite local infrastructure services. - Refine SLA’s with service providers (internal and external) - Manage IT budgets for Belgium en Ireland.- Define opportunities to optimize IT spend- Communicate all IT activities in the company- Manage/develop employees (internal and external)

- Implement IT strategy for Belgium en Ireland by building strong relationships with members of the Belgium and Irish management teams - Budget management- Responsible for local application support (mainly Supply Chain outbound and CRM) - Focal point for all IT activities- Escalate Service Levels breaches to central support services (internal en external)- Manage/develop employees (internal and external)

- Responsible for local application support (Supply Chain outbound and CRM).- Work with department heads to look for opportunities to drive efficiency thru IT - Lead the IT governance steering committee of the Supply Chain Outbound system.- IT Project manager for the implementation of several IT solutions like Payroll system, CRM system and financial planning system.- Implement central helpdesk for end-users- Manage external employees.
