I lived with a cabin of 9 (15-year-olds) guiding them in improving their leadership style, social interactions, and goal setting, helping them achieve personal development milestones over the summer. This was paired with working with the maintenance team to care for the facilities.

Which consisted of various tasks such as woodworking, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and irrigation systems.
