I am a partner in Mason Hayes & Curran in Dublin having been the managing partner for 9 years until January 2023. My personal practice is focused on major commercial disputes and high value contractual and tortious litigation, commonly with an international component. I also advise regularly regarding shareholder and partnership disputes and on partnership governance and good practice. In addition to acting as an adviser, I have, since 2023, acted as a mediator in commercial and partnership disputes.I am a board member of Rethink Ireland, a charity which finds and supports Ireland's most innovative non profit organisations with cash grants and business supports. I serve as a council member of the Irish Management Institute, one of Ireland's leading providers of business education.
