• Day-to-day management of website and project management including functionality, Development Requests, Project Management, Site analysis, and Conversion Rate Optimisation.• Anticipate, identify, and articulate problem areas and work with others to devise solutions • Manage the website content and ensure that the SEO rankings of the websites are progressed.• Driving sales strategies and the implementation of new technologies that will develop the way the businesses acquire and retain customers• Reporting on activity for continuous improvement.• Coordinate with partners to drive strategy with suitable front-end strategies to deal with scale, complexity, and failures. • Communicate effectively with management, vendors, other business units on an ongoing basis regarding project status

• Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.• Troubleshoot computer problems.• Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).• Advise staff on appropriate action.• Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues. • Work one-on-one with staff on application projects. • Document resolutions for future reference.
