Liaising with multinational client with regard to their Accounting and Company secretarial requirements. Preparation of monthly management accounts to strict client deadlines.Maintenance of Company Secretarial issues, such as Companies office filings.Various ad-hoc duties such as Foreign exchange dealing, currency hedging on behalf of clients.Organising audit schedules and dealing with third parties on behalf of clients.Secondment to RWE IFS.
