IT Business Partner • IT Strategy Development• Provide leadership, support and direction for the local IT teams. Implemented batch control and haulier self-billing processes. • Agreed standardisation of business processes in partnerships with senior business leads.• Project managed the implementation of the MS Dynamics AX system in 6 of the Group’s trading entities. • Managed the development of a booking system for logistics and the development of a complex production system that delivered a least cost production model across multiple sites in our fertiliser business. This program won the “Excellence in ICT Award” from the UK Manufacturer magazine in November 2012.• Developed a core company template and reduced the time line on the implementation of the system in 3 newly acquired business units.

Shamrock Foods a subsidiary of IAWS plc operates in the FMCG sector, and distributed some well-known brands in the Irish market. The company had turnover in excess of €240m and 160 employees.Activities: > Managed a team of six finance staff and responsible for finance functions including management and statutory accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and treasury. > Led the annual budget and strategic planning process.> Managed the financial integration of two newly acquired business units Bolands Mills and Roma Foods Ltd> Finance lead on the implementation of a new ERP system> Chair of the social club and treasurer of the golf society> Group leader for Plato Dublin, an 18 month business development programme for owner managers of SMEs, funded by the Local Enterprise Offices in the Dublin region and supported by large “parent” companies.
