MakerClub creates hardware, software and real-life learning experiences that encourage young people to think like inventors. As Director, I grew a 2-person start-up into a company with 20+ staff. We raised £500k in investment, sponsorship & grants and launched operations in 6 locations around the UK. As of October 2018, we have reached 35000 young people and teach almost 400 children a week in our physical workshop spaces in London, Brighton, Bournemouth, Norwich and Birmingham.In 2018, I stepped down as a Director to focus on my favorite parts of the business; accessibility; partnerships; and campaign/policy work.

Further My Future is transforming how young people and business connect through apprenticeships. I helped create an improved company narrative through conversation, lead discovery and analysis.

Playgroup Festival ran for 4 years, involving over 1000 performers and 20,000 attendees. I oversaw its inception and creative development.

The Blind Tiger Club was a seminal arts, music and community space based in Brighton. Repurposed from a failing pub into a lively community arts hub, over 750 performances occurred in the space, involving thousands of artists. The venue was sadly closed due to sound issues. It remains in the memories of residents as one of the city's best-loved small venues, gathering over 16,000 local residents signatures to keep it open.

Founded the company as a creative event solutions provider, working with brands and institutions to add immersive elements or plan full campaigns. We built the company to a £1 million turnover at its peak.
