I am determined, highly driven and passionate about improving wellbeing of young people through healing of the spirit, heart, mind, body and land. My time spent working with the Foundation for Indigneous Sustainable Health has afforded me the opportuntity develop a deep understanding, appreciation and value for Aboriginal cultures throughout Western Australia and abroad. My studies in political science and Social Justice have provided me with the skills and understanding to the inequality faced by marginalized groups. This understanding shaped by a Behavioural Science paradigm has enabled me to consider our social structures in a comprehensive and multifaceted way and how they influence the lives of those living within them.Behavioural Science is the foundation of my critical thinking in which I have engaged with mutlidisiplinary pojects, which have enhanced my understanding of the social groups and the way they are positioned in the world. Futhermore Behavioural Science has allowed me to engage with the multilayered implementation of development and engagement stratergies and their influence on community wellbeing. This approach applied in my social justice and politics studies has enabled me to consider the internal and external inequities faced by marginalized groups. Additionally, units such as Professional Practice and Psychology of Work enabled me to deepen my knowledge of how organisations are run and the standards of behaviour required to have a productive professional setting.
