I am currently working as a member of the Bluetooth Applications team, which is focused on developing new Bluetooth features and adapting existing features to support the evolving product needs at Garmin.My work contributions have evolved from individual contributor to focus on the project management side of technical development. In my role, I work with product stakeholders to identify project requirements and come up with solutions to meet their needs within the constraints of the BLE specification and our existing code base.Within my team, I help to manage new feature development efforts to ensure features are released on time at a high quality, coordinate with project leads to ensure all necessary feature components are deployed at the right time, and collaborate with our project group to make decisions as required to mitigate the impacts of bugs. I also work with project stakeholders to collect feedback on features, determine the most relevant feedback items to act on, work with subject matter experts to design improvements, and communicate with developers to implement chosen solutions.
