Currently an application developer for close to 7 years working on the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) that underwrites all Lines of Business within Allstate. My main responsibilities include:• Working on projects to deliver enhancements and new features.• Maintain and update code and database entries.• Set up Functional Test and Regression environments for upcoming releases.• Support the Galaxy system within IRMS Legacy for both test and production issues.• Create and review all project documentation as part of the SDLC.• Prepare and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements. • Daily monitoring of the IRMS system, which involves answering and resolving client issues.• Main point of contact for all test support issues across various testing platforms• Build knowledgebase for new and existing test issues within IRMS and constantly keep the knowledgebase up to date when issues are raised.• Release Co-Ordinator across the global Risk Management team for all deployments.• Estimate level of involvement, hours needed and align resources for upcoming projects within IRMS Workflow and IRMS Legacy.• Act as mentor to all new starts across the global Risk Management team.• Provide training and demo’s to resources that support testing outside of Risk Management.• Create reports for management on the health status of all projects. • Provide Production support and reports for projects that have been deployed.• Audit project folders to ensure quality with all documentation during a project.• Continually update internal training documentation.• Host team stand ups on a monthly basis with the wider Product Technology group.• Undertake manager duties when Line Manager is off-site.• Create Incident and Problem tickets for test and production issues.• Resolve raised incidents in a timely fashion to comply to pre-existing SLA’s.

Craigavon

Currently work as a Head Sports Coach on a casual basis with the local council. My main responsibilities include:• Manage a small team of coaches to assist with the running of the project.• Design and set-up coaching sessions.• Deliver coaching sessions to disadvantaged young people.• Evaluate coaching sessions.• Work with disadvantaged young people from local community groups and sports clubs to promote participation in the project.

My main duties involved interacting with those young people who may feel socially excluded from their communities. I also assisted with the running of the Mini-Leagues tournament and other Fun-Days through setting up the pitches, refereeing and encouraging participation in other activities such as arts and crafts during the afternoon sessions held.

Worked as a Project Co-Ordinator for a cross-community based football initiative called Junior Street Soccer, to help combat anti-social behavior in disadvantaged areas. My main responsibilities include:• Successfully applying for funding to set-up and run the project.• Manage a small team of coaches to assist with the running of the project.• Work in partnership with the Craigavon Borough Council and funding providers.• Maintain a record of all spending. • Purchase all sports equipment required.• Work with disadvantaged young people from local community groups and sports clubs to promote participation in the project.
