Receiving deliveries and managing stock, shop floor replenishment, providing a high level of customer service face to face with all customers, assisting customers in the fitting room department, maintaining shop floor standards at all times and ensuring the shop was ready to trade for the next day.

Within this role I learnt how to use more systems used within the Trust to help book in patient’s appointments including sites such as Ophthalmology. My duties included greeting and booking in patients as they arrived for appointments which involved multiple social elements due to the diversity of patients that require additional supporting needs. A major part to this role is learning how to effectively organise and schedule meetings and bookings for the Radiographers at the clinic to ensure deadlines are met. In this line of work we must adhere to strict confidentaility policies which includes intensive training to meet such high standards.
