I'm the Managing Director with Red Secure Solutions Ltd. and have held thisposition since February 2022. Prior to this I was a Business Development Manager with G4S Security. In previous roles I also managed a very busy service department for 3 years within G4S and headed up a very successful installations team for 6 years before that.When in the operations side of the business I managed numerous successful large scale, multi-faceted projects in my time. I've managed a compliment of up to 30 installation engineers directly along with several sub-contractors.Since starting as an apprentice in 1995 I've enjoyed the industry in which I work. Technology has moved very quickly and there have been major changes as a result which requires constant awareness, upskilling and investment to remain relevant and expert in the security systems world.I actively engage with existing and potential customers to ensure that we maintain the highest level of expertise and customer satisfaction by proactively developing the most effective solutions.This experience is what I bring to Red Secure Solutions Ltd. and I aim to grow Red Secure Solutions on a foundation of good experience, good people and best practice combining integrity with excellence.
