My role consists of helping a team provide Environmental Services throughout the Fylde, Lancashire, and Manchester areas. This includes helping to safely and effectively remove all miscellaneous waste from void properties within the Social Housing sector along with sanitizing and cleaning them, ready for letting.I have also helped in providing drainage services which include operating the high-pressure water jetting machine to unblock drains and operating the CCTV camera unit to help carry out detailed drain camera inspections for clients.Also, I have worked closely with the Operations Manager to provide Pest Control Services including wasps treatments, vermin control, and bird proofing. An example of this is the installation of the netting and post & wire systems that have recently been provided for the Bistrot Pierre on Fishergate in Preston.Additionally, I help provide the weekly vehicle checks on the fleet to ensure that they are safe and roadworthy.
